Patrik Jablonski was born in a small town called Lyckeby in the south of Sweden in 1974. He received his first piano lessons from his Father when he was 5 and gave his first public performance one year later.
At the age of 8 Patrik performed in the Stockholm Konserthuset (Concert Hall) and at an outdoor arena in Stockholm in the following year. He first travelled abroad to play when he was ten at the Pori jazz festival in Finland.
Patrik also plays tennis and for two years, played for the professional ‘Team Mats Wilander’. During this time he continued to perform with a number of orchestras in Sweden, including the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and the Malmo Symphony Orchestra.
When Patrik was 17 he was given the opportunity to move to London and study at the Royal College of Music with the late Irina Zaritskaya. It was at this stage that it became obvious that he would devote his future to the piano. 'I could have had no better mentor than Irina Zaritskaya, a great pianist and teacher and a lovely person'.
Since graduating Patrik has performed with many Orchestras and given recitals at numerous venues. Berlin, Warsaw, St Petersburg, London, Tokyo, Washington, Osaka, Salzburg, Cracow, Milano, Cannes, Paris and Riga to mention but a few.
